A simplified version of the classic go-to. This tastes great on a simple dinner salad and is quite a basic fix when you're in a pinch. It also tastes great as a marinade.

1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbs balsamic vinegar
1 tbs maple syrup
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp garlic salt
Combine all ingredients in sealable jar or container. Screw on the lid and shake until combined. Will keep in the fridge for up to 3 days.
