This turmeric bone broth latte is the perfect cold weather beverage to help boost the immune system, nourish the gut, and fight off the cold. Bone broth (whether chicken, turkey, or beef) contains collagen, the protein that makes up the connective tissue in our body. Collagen helps improve skin, hair and nail growth, joint pain, and can potentially help repair the lining of the gut for those suffering digestive issues.
1 and 3/4 cup hot bone broth
1/4 cup coconut milk or almond milk
1 tbs raw honey
1 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp ginger
1. Heat bone broth on the stove until steaming
2. In a blender, add milk, spices, and honey. Add bone broth and blend.
