Celery juice, especially when paired with fresh herbs like parsley, is a great liver cleanser. I love making this juice when I feel the need to detox and hydrate.

1 whole head (entire stalk) of celery
1/2 lemon
1 inch knob of ginger
handful of fresh parsley
Rinse and clean all produce thoroughly. Run all ingredients through the juicer. Run pulp through once more with 1 tbs of water. Enjoy immediately or store in air tight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
