This recipe was inspired by my favorite dessert: homemade chocolate chip cookies! The oatmeal mimics the taste of raw cookie dough quite well, and is supported by the sea salt and vanilla flavors.

10 cookie bites
1 cup pitted dates
1 cup oats
1/4 cup tahini
2 tsp vanilla extract
sprinkle of sea salt
2 tbs mini chocolate chips
Blend oats in a food processor until flour consistency is formed. Add dates, tahini, vanilla, and sea salt. Blend until dough is formed. FOld in chocolate chips. Line a container with parchment paper. Scoop out the mixture one spoonful at a time and form into balls. Store in the freezer.
