This granola is perfect for anyone who loves chocolate. I especially love it with coconut yogurt and fruit. The quinoa, chia, and flax seeds provide extra protein as well. Feel fee to add or omit to this recipe as you please, depending what you have on hand!

3/4 cup oats
1/4 cup uncooked quinoa
1/4 cup chopped hazelnuts
1/4 unsweetened shredded coconut
1 tbs flax seed
1 tbs chia seed
2 tbs cacao powder
1 egg white
2 tbs coconut oil
1 tbs raw honey
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl, stir together oats, quinoa, hazelnuts, coconut, chia seeds, flax seeds, and cacao powder.
Melt the coconut oil, and add it along with 1 egg white, and raw honey.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour granola mixture evenly on baking sheet and cook for 30 minutes, stirring every ten minute until crisp.
