Love the taste of Nutella but hate the added sugar? At it's core, what gives Nutella it's flavor are two ingredients: chocolate and hazelnuts. I love the combination, so I thought I'd whip them together into a delicious, energetic, and healthy treat. These energy bites are perfect for snacking.

1 cup pitted dates
1/4 cup almond butter
1/4 cup cacao powder
1 tbs coconut oil
1/4 cup chopped hazelnuts
Blend dates, almond butter, coconut oil, and cacao powder in a food processor until dough has formed. Add chopped hazelnuts and pulse a few times until well combined. Line a container with parchment paper. Scoop out a spoonful at a time and form into balls. Place in container and store in the freezer.
