I loved no bake cookies as a kid. Something about the combination of chocolate, peanut butter, and oats is such a satisfying snack! This recipe stays true to the core flavors, but uses only 5 whole food ingredients.
10 minutes
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup cacao powder
2 tbs raw honey or sweetener of choice
2 cups raw oats
1. Mix together melted coconut oil and peanut butter bowl until well combined. Add your sweetener and cacao powder and mix well.
2. Fold in oats and mix until well combined
3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Form mixture into 10 balls and flatten with the edgeo f a spoon
4. Put in the freezer for a few hours or overnight, then transfer to an air tight container and store in the fridge
