This classic green is my go to recipe when I'm in the mood for a fresh juice. It is highly alkalizing, and hydrating. It helps to fight inflammation, reduce bloat, is great for detox and the skin, and is a natural energy booster. What more could you want! 

Cooking Time

10 minutes

Ingredients

1 small granny smith apple

1 cucumber

3 stalks celery

4-5 stalks of kale

1/2 lemon

1 inch knob of ginger 

Directions

Rinse and clean all produce thoroughly. Run all ingredients through the juicer. Run pulp through once more with 1 tbs of water. Enjoy immediately or store in air tight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
