Green Pear Juice

This one is simple and sweet! Although pears lend a much sweeter taste to this juice, they are relatively low on the glycemic ndex (low in sugar), making them a smart choice for this more gentle tasting green juice. 

Ingredients

1 pear of any variety

1 cucumber

1-2 cups tightly packed spinach 

1/2 lemon 

Directions

Rinse and clean all produce thoroughly. Run all ingredients through the juicer. Run pulp through once more with 1 tbs of water. Enjoy immediately or store in air tight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
