This homemade honey mustard tastes great on a variety of dishes. Use it to spruce up a simple salad, a veggie dish, or even as a marinade or sauce.
1/2 lemon, juiced (2 tbs)
1 tbs apple cider vinegar
2 tbs raw honey
3 tbs dijon or spicy brown mustard
1 small clove of garlic minced
1/4 cup olive oil
salt & pepper to taste
Add all ingredients to an 8 oz mason jar. Seal the jar and shake until all ingredients are well combined. Keeps in the fridge for up to 3 days.
I have adjusted the recipe to my taste preferences, but don't be afraid to switch it up. If you like it sweeter, add more honey, if the lemon is too sour, add less. Try it a few times until you get it just right for your taste buds!
