Lemon Rosemary Dressing

Ingredients

3 tbs olive oil

2 tbs red wine vinegar

1 tbs fresh lemon juice

1 tbs honey

1 tsp dried rosemary

Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a small jar or container. Add lid and shake until well combined. Keeps in the fridge for up to 3 days. 

Notes

This recipe provides enough dressing for a salad that serves about 2 people. If you desire left overs or are serving a bigger group, double the recipe.
