This smoothie is a creative twist on the classic mint chip. Blend in some chocolate chips and either eat directly or store in the freezer. Now you have you own homemade "nice cream" treat!
1 frozen banana
1 avocado
1 tbs raw honey
1 tbs coconut oil
1/2 tsp peppermint extract
1 cup almond milk
2 tbs chocolate chips
Place all ingredients except the chocolate chips in a blender and blend until smooth. Add chocolate chips and pulse a few times. Enjoy!
