This juice provides a refreshing kick when you need that vitamin C boost, or just want to add a little more sunshine to your day. If you prefer it less sweet as I sometimes do, skip the orange and bring on more carrots.
10 minutes
1 orange of any variety
6-8 large carrots
half a lemon
1 inch knob of ginger
Rinse and clean all produce thoroughly. Peel orange. Run all ingredients through the juicer. Run pulp through once more with 1 tbs of water. Enjoy immediately or store in air tight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
