The Ultimate Pumpkin Smoothie

I did not eat a lot of pumpkin growing up. I did not like pumpkin soup. I did not like pumpkin pie. I thought pumpkins were strictly for carving. Well those days are long gone. Now I can do a lot with a jar of pumpkin puree. But the best thing I have ever made with pumpkin has got to be this smoothie. It is best enjoyed in the fall, in front of a homemade fire, with a dog on one side, and a good book on the other. Cheers. 

Ingredients

1 frozen banana

2 large pitted dates

1 cup pumpkin puree

1 tbs sunflower seed butter

1 tsp flax seed

1 cup coconut milk
