Watermelon Mint Smoothie

This smoothie is incredibly refreshing and is best enjoyed on a hot summer day. 

Ingredients

1 cup cubed watermelon

1/2 frozen banana 

1/2 avocado

1/2 tsp peppermint extract

2 cup coconut water 

Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy! Preferably in a hammock.
