The Six Weeks to Wellness Program
The six weeks to wellness program is designed to teach you the basics of what you need to focus on to be living a healthy life right now. In each one hour long session, we will explore different topics in health and wellness that will challenge commonly held beliefs around nutrition. We will crowd out the foods in your diet that are no longer serving you and replace them with natural alternatives that work for you.

Session One:
Ditch the Diets and Eat Intuitively
In our first session, we will discuss your health journey and define your wellness goals. We will explore why traditional diets do not work for everyone, and lay the foundations for how to listen to your body and eat intuitively.
Session Two:
Tackling Sugar and Cravings
We will discuss the dangers of sugar, and unveil all the places it hides in your diet. We will then explore the true reasons behind your cravings, and provide you with healthy alternatives you can start trying right away.
Session Three:
Healthy Fats and Crowding Out
This session we will learn the difference between good fats and bad fats, and why incorporating more healthy fats into your diet is so beneficial. We will also talk about which oils are best for you, and which to avoid. We will use this opportunity to explore new foods to replace the ones in your diet that are no longer working for you.
Session Four:
Your Guide to Gut Health
A healthy gut is essential for so many things, such as a strong immune system and a well balanced mind. We will talk about the importance of the gut, and discuss ways which you can start supporting it best. We will also use this discussion as an opportunity to explore different dietary theories that work for you specifically and which do not.
Session Five:
Managing Stress & Anxiety
This session is all about the way stress impacts our health. We will explore the different sources of stress in your life, and come up with a plan to start combatting and managing it today.
Session Six:
Your Wellness Tool Box
In our final session we will go over all the tools we have developed together throughout your wellness journey. We will celebrate the progress you've made, and discuss your plan of action moving forward. I will leave you with a variety of resources to keep you on track and feeling your best.
