The Six Week Program
This program is a great beginner's series if you are wishing to not only educate yourself on the benefits of eating a whole foods diet, but want to actually learn how to integrate that knowledge into your unique needs and lifestyle. The 12 Week Program
The 12 week program builds off the work accomplished in the six week program, and is designed for those who are ready to go deep to make real, lasting change. In this program, we will not only cover topics in nutrition and health, but also discuss things like career, fitness, relationships, and personal development. You will be given the space to explore how your everyday choices affect your overall health, all while coming up with solutions tailored to your individual needs and lifestyle. One on One Consultations:
Have a specific area of interest in mind? In a one on one consultation, you will be able to dip your toes in a subject you're curious about. These consultations are like the perfect bite sized snack: short, sweet, and full of value. Choose between my grocery store tours, my super smoothie makeovers, or create one of your very own based on your area of interest. Learn more about one on one consultations here.
Group Programs:
Turn any of my offerings into a group program by signing up 3 people or more. The benefits of enrolling in a group program are having the support of your fellow members, and getting the coaching at a reduced price for you and your friends and family. If you have a group of friends who all want to make the change together, then a group program is the way to go.
Classes:

We will discuss short term and long term goals, what may be holding you back from achieving them, and implement different strategies to make them not only possible, but tailor them to your unique needs and purpose. Throughout your time with me, you will be introduced to many concepts within the health and wellness world that will give you new perspective. Your ideas about the standard American diet will be challenged and you will be given the opportunity to explore different alternatives.
It is not my goal to tell you what you can and cannot eat. I believe everyone’s needs are different. Most of us already know which foods are good for us and which are not. So why do we choose foods that are detrimental to our health? We will explore the reasons behind your cravings and how to truly nourish yourselve without restrictions. This program is not about diets, it is about creating a life of abundance through three main principles: bio-individuality, primary food, and crowding out.

When these primary foods are balanced, what you eat becomes secondary. Bio-IINdividuality*
The concept of Bio-IINndividuality is the idea that each of us has unique food and lifestyle needs. One person’s food is another person’s poison, and that’s why fad diets tend to fail in the long run. Working with the principle of bio-individuality, I’ll support you to make positive changes that are based on your unique needs, lifestyle, preferences, and background.
Crowding Out††
Many nutrition experts give their clients a list of foods to avoid and foods to eat. This approach can be impersonal and impractical, with no sustainable plan in place. My approach is different – by highlighting the foods that work for you, you will naturally crowd out the unhealthy food in your diet. This takes a little practice to make happen, but it is a much longer lasting and successful approach.
