Today I want to talk about one of my favorite ways to eat healthy, and that is by making nutrient dense juices and smoothies. Although both juices and smoothies are beneficial to your health, they are not quite the same thing as some people may think. That is why when considering which to make, it is important to know the different affect they each have on the body.
